Our 40’ Office Container units are modified in our own production facility, in the U.S.A. It is made of high-quality Corten steel, fully weather-resistant. The office is built to be placed directly on the ground, for quick setup and eliminates the need for steps or ramps.

Ideal for job site, a warehouse office, or extra office space.

  • Choose a preferred delivery date during checkout. Pick up or delivery
  • Delivery Checklist:
    • The delivery site where your container will be dropped and the ground where the truck will park while unloading need to be level ground. If the ground is unlevel,
    • this may result in making the doors difficult to open and close.
    • A hard surface such as paved road, concrete and asphalt are best for delivery.
    • Ensure enough space for truck to maneuver container into place
    • 40’ Containers use a roll-off truck and need to a minimum of 50 linear feet of straight line space for the container to be dropped off and 12’ wide clearance and up
