Our 40’ Office Container units are modified in our own production facility, in the U.S.A. It is made of high-quality Corten steel, fully weather-resistant. The office is built to be placed directly on the ground, for quick setup and eliminates the need for steps or ramps.

- Delivery Checklist:
- The delivery site where your container will be dropped and the ground where the truck will park while unloading need to be level ground. If the ground is unlevel,
- this may result in making the doors difficult to open and close.
- A hard surface such as paved road, concrete and asphalt are best for delivery.
- Ensure enough space for truck to maneuver container into place
- 40’ Containers use a roll-off truck and need to a minimum of 50 linear feet of straight line space for the container to be dropped off and 12’ wide clearance and up
